I wanted to take a minute to let you know how amazing the team in babies room have been whilst settling my son Reid into the centre. The entire team has made his transition one of the best I have experienced. Before Reid started at the centre he had only spent less than 3 hours away from me so I was anxious to say the least with him starting daycare.

I let Mandy know this in one of our first conversations and she reassured me that they would work with both myself and Reid to make his settling visits work and that she did do! The clear plan she put together for us for his settling visits was just perfect and allowed Reid the time needed to get into the swing of things. Her caring and fun nature plus her love for the little ones really showed every time we visited the Centre and this rubs off on the rest of the team.

The whole team in the babies room have been so welcoming to Reid and myself. They are all so friendly and I admire the relationships they are all building with all the children in the room. I have to give special mentions to Nim, Tyler and Carol. Nim has been amazing at updating me via what's app on how Reid was doing and sending me photos of his day. Tyler has a beautiful nature with children and Reid was drawn to him from our first visit, he has taken the time to get to know Reid and ensure his settling visits went perfectly.

Lastly Carol, even though she has now left the centre she was amazing with Reid and the bond Reid created with her in a short period of time was really nice to see. I know Reid will love his time at the centre and it's all down to the incredible team you have.

This is Archer mum. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the Oma Rapeti team!

We were so hesitant and worried about moving Archer from his previous daycare to a new one, but you have truly exceeded all of our expectations.

From the extremely warm welcomes every morning, especially from Archer's teachers, it is so nice to see how loved he is by them! As well as whoever is sitting on the front desk, always a lovely greeting and warm wishes for a good day/weekend.

Also an extra thank you for the almost daily feedback from the teachers about how Archer is getting on with his eating. We have been having issues with him being a fussy toddler, and the perseverance and communication from the teachers doesn't go unnoticed- we really appreciate their efforts and willingness to work with us and Archer. We are already seeing such an improvement!

At Archers previous daycare, every day at drop off was such a nightmare with him crying and not wanting to go in. Not once have we experienced this with your centre. Even on his first trial day and his first full day there. This is a huge reflection on how comfortable and happy he is there!

So again, a massive thank you! We couldn't be happier :)
